Mammootty is an Indian film actor who is a superstar in the malayalam film industry. He is not only a actor but also a producer. Earlier Mmmootty was a lawyer as a profession. He started his film career from yhe years of 1970’s. Around 1980 he got established as a lead actor. Till now he has acted in 300 films as even in lead roles and also in other roles. He has won 3 National Film Awards for Best Actor, 7 Kerala State Film Awards, and 13 Filmfare Awards in South. In the year 1998, he was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India regarding his contributions.
