Superstatr Mohanlal is back with his new action crime thriller movie Villain . It is written and directed by B.Unnikkrishnan and produced by Antony Perumbavoor.It is the fourth film in this combo after madambi,grantmaster,mr.fraud.Manoj Paramahamsa has done the camera, editing is handled by Shameer Mohammed. songs are composed by Team4 musics and Sushin Shyam handles background music.The film stars Mohanlal as lead role , with vishal,manju warrior,raashi khanna,hansika motwani and srikanth appearing in supporting roles.Manju Warrier is handling the role of Neelima, the wife of Mathew Manjoroan, in the movie.
Villain will also witness the Mollywood entry of renowned production house Rockline Productions.It is the first Indian film to be made in 8K format.It is having 150 fan shows on the first day of its release which is a new record in the malayalam film industry.
In this movie Mohanlal plays Mathew Manjooran, a retired cop, in the investigative thriller. Vishal appears as antagonist Shaktivel Palanisamy who teases the entire police department with his crimes and he gets chased by a retired stylish cop (Mohanlal) whose past influences the killer’s future.It also shows the tragedy that happens in the flashback.The climax is like a normal average movie and the dialogues are awsome .Mohanlal gives the best performance.The fans can cheer about the depth of his acting.
